For purposes of this Policy, “MTN,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to MTNSat Holdings LLC and all its direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating entities worldwide.
Except where consumer protection laws in the customer’s country provide mandatory return or refund rights, all sales are final and MTN does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has shipped.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information, MTN will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received within seven (7) days, the order may be canceled in accordance with applicable law.
Some countries require MTN to offer additional return, cancellation, or refund rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off rights, Australia/NZ consumer guarantees, and other mandatory protections).
Where such rights apply, MTN will honor them.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, MTN will provide the remedy required by the customer’s local consumer protection laws.
