Shipping Policy

“MTN” refers to MTNSat Holdings LLC and all its direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating entities worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate.

Transfer of Risk

The point at which risk of loss transfers to the customer depends on local law:
  • United States and most non-EU countries: risk transfers when the order is handed to the carrier.
  • EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections: risk transfers only upon delivery to the customer. 

MTN automatically applies the rule required by the customer’s delivery country.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete information, MTN will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received within seven (7) days, the order may be canceled subject to applicable law.
