Returns & Refunds/Shipping Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances. In the event an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received within seven (7) calendar days, the order will be canceled without refund. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit once the order has been shipped. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Broward County, Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
