Information We Collect

  • Financial Data: payment method details
  • Device & Service Data: Starlink terminal ID, installation geolocation, and performance metrics
  • Automatically Collected Data: IP address, cookies, and website interactions
  • Cookies, Tracking, and Global Privacy Controls: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to personalize your experience, analyze site traffic, and support marketing. You can manage these preferences at any time through our cookie preference center (accessible via the “Manage Cookies” link on our website). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser, which allow you to automatically opt out of certain types of tracking or data sharing.
  • Third-Party Sources: shipping providers, referral partners, and affiliates. This processing is based on our contractual obligation to provide the Services and our legitimate interests in maintaining network integrity and security.

Retention

  • Orders & Billing: 10 years after last purchase
  • Support Records: 5 years
  • Cookies & Analytics: up to 10 years
  • Marketing Preferences: until you unsubscribe

Returns & Refunds / Shipping Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances. In the event an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the customer. If no response is received within seven (7) calendar days, the order will be canceled without refund. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit once the order has been shipped. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
